alteration of share capital
can anyone explain me clause 61(d) pertaining to sub division of shares into smaller amount with example?

example of sec61(1)d , presume a company is having shares of face value of ₹10 and now company wants to convert them into shares of face value of ₹1 each. company will pass the resolution and will convert 1 share of ₹10 into 10 shares of ₹1 each (FV) .
