If state of registered office changes but ROC remains the same
Then which resolution is pass
example :- registered office shifted from Haryana to Delhi
(as both the states have 1 ROC)

it depends if moa to be amended or not. If moa says NCT of Delhi then NCR is included 8f says state of Delhi then NCR not included.
