I want to Add a new object in MOA and delete one object from the main object can anyone forward me the procedure for the same along with the documents in word format. As per compnies act 2013 now there is only main object applicable right ? Object ancillary and other objects are removed right?

Pass a special resolution to :
1. Dete the existing sub-clause
2. Append the sub-clause (1)
