16 June 2016What is the procedure to allot shares to the existing shareholders of the company? And the shares will be alloted to the 3 shareholders on three different dates within a gap of 2-3 days in between. Can this be done incase of a Pvt Ltd company? Kindly help me out.

Dear,
you have two option
1. to issue share in right basis by following the provisions of section 62(1)(a), in such case u have to offer the shares to ALL existing sharoholders.
2.follow the procedure of preferentila allotment everytime u issue the shares to one shraholder. but this procedure will lead to lots of documentation.
