Dear Sir,
I want to allot Rs. 5 Crore capital in a Private Limited Company. Can you please tell me the procedure for the same under Companies Act 2013.
And can you please provide me with the desired documents required in the same!

The issue involves study of provisions of your Articles, shareholding pattern etc. In view of substantial changes in provisions of Companies Act 2013, it would be advisable to take help of some professional for this.
