Dear All,
In one of my Company Authorised Capital is 1cr and Paid up Capital is 51 lacs. Now i want to increase my Paid up Cap to 1cr , for which i would be making allotment of 49lacs. My question is can i increase Paid up capital till 1cr , and there is no need to increase Authorised capital right ?? I am allowed to increase PC till 1cr right
