Allotment & transfer on same date

Dear Eshan,

1. On allotment date the share certificate may be delivered to you by hand at the company.

2. for transfer of shares board resolution is required and if it is passed on the same day in a duly convened meeting according to the provisions of the act and articles ur shares may get transfered. But it is not so easy.
