No. Not even from any other head of income. It will be treated as a personal expenditure.
The spouse who receives alimony will have treat that income as "Income from Other sources". (gift from a Non Relative) & will be taxed if the total receipts in a Financial year Exceed Rs. 50,000/-

Thanks to every one for replying.
I looked onInternet and found that in AMERICA u can claim the expense from your incomr. Sad to see that no such provision exist in Indian income tax
