Its Non GST , So no GST is applicable

Alcohol are excluded from GST therefore no GST is leviable . However they are subject to VAT ..since State Govt lose heavy source of revenue if GST is leviable on alcohol therefore they not allowing .

Alcoholic Liquor for Human Consumption is out of the purview of GST . As said by Jaysingh Sir , only VAT and State Excise is levied on it.

Liquor for human is chargeable to Tax under Central Excise and state VAT. This is outside the Ambit of GST.

However liquor for other than human consumption is chargeable to Tax under GST at 18% rate.
