Shares of VEDANTA LTD were offered/tendered for buy back as company was to delist from stock exchange. But buy back/delisting offer failed and shares tendered for buyback were returned back to original shareholders into their demat account. But in AIS It is shown as PURCHASE. Which is not correct? Actually there is no purchase or sell happened. Only shares were bidded for offer price made by Co. But buy back /delisting offer failed so Co returned back the shares again into demat account
Other thing purchase amount and sell amount is shown equal. I am confused. there is no suitable feed back in drop down menu.
So what feedback should I give?
