Experts,

Let me inform for bellow question.

If wife is a farmer by born, after marriage she can purchase a new agricalture land and gifted to her husband thereafter husband become a farmer as a legale point or not. Please guide as a proper way.

For registration of Gift deed, farmer status of husbund shall be required. Instead, he becomes farmer by marrying a lady-farmer itself!!
