14 April 2010Income from poulty i.e. poulterer income can be treated as Agricultural income. In my opinion it cann't be Agricultural income but my friend says it is Agricultural income Please confirm whose opinion was correct is my or my friend?

Income from Dairy or Poultry Farming or Income from fisheries is not an agricultural income under Income Tax Act

it is not treated as agriculture income
it is taxable in the head of B & P or Other sources
