Agriculture Company
My client wants to venture in a project which requires rearing of cattle, agriculture, poultry,dairy business. They are three partners and are seeking advice regarding formation. Shall I incorporate a private company or partnership firm is suitable for them (as it will provide flexibility). Also I want to understand what all benefits can be availed under income tax act and other laws for such type of business.

Better go for partnership or just association, if the income is only agricultural.
