Yes, rent on agriculture land is under purview of GST.

rent from agricultural land - renting or leasing of agro machinery or vacant land with or without a structure incidental to its use;
covered under exemption list

It is mentioned as vacant land and not agricultural land... And to be read in conjunction with agricultural machinery

Mam u r not understanding the point that it is vacant land and not agricultural land... And it is under agricultural machinery
