If assessee having Only Agriculture Income of Rs. 10 Lakhs, Should he file Return?

As per section 139(1) of Income Tax Act, It is not compulsory to file return if the only income under assessment is an exempt income i.e Agriculture Income {u/s 10(1)}.

If you not file return, any sum of money deposited in to the bank, it should deduct tds, bank report income tax to AIR report, that time you file the return( notice send non-filing return of income)

Yes, filling the return is safe and benefits of future plans. Filling form itr 2
