Please clarify if we rendered GTA services from a GST registered transporter are we eligible to take ITC for the GST charged by Service provider.
And applicability of RCM
1 GST of 5% is paid by GTA if service receiver is URD
2 GST is paid by service receiver if RD under reverse charge
3 Receiver is eligible for full ITC on tax paid
