A person is going to enter an agency agreement with a company. The agency agreement is to be made in a firm name , not in his personal name (for e.g. Siddhivinayak Services). Is it cumpolsury for him to get the shop act in the firm's name or not?

Hi,
If it is proprietory concern then the shop act must be in the name of "Siddhivinayak Services" Proprietor Mr. A. B. C. etc.
In case of partnership firm it shall be merely in the name of "Siddhivinayak Services"
