Our balance sheet was signed on 31st September, 2018 by our auditor. Our AGM was also held on 30th September. Is it ok or we will be defaulter in conducting AGM. Pl. clarify.

Sorry 30th September, 2018. It was erroneously typed as 31st September.

Suppose we have served notice of AGM 1 month ago with provisional balance sheet. and in the notice it was mentioned that in the AGM to be held on 30th September, the audited balace sheet will be submitted. Will it be ok?

You can't sent Unaudited Balance Sheet as per Section 129 &134 of Companies Act 2013
