Dear all,

 

Our company convened Board meeting for approval of accounts and calling for AGM.

 

One item (for amending a past board and AGM resolution relating single item) was not discussed and proposed for AGM in the said board .But draft Notice was  passed for calling AGM(Actually draft was not placed before Board).

 

Now the question is whether we can include the saidadditional  item which is not discussed in board in the notice for AGM as an agenda?
