17 September 2012I have query regarding Agm, the Date of Incorporation is 28/03/2011. The first Agm conducted for this p ltd company is on 29/07/2012. ACcounts for the period the of 28/03/2011 to 31/03/2011 has been considered in 1st Agm.I would like to know when the 2 agm is due.

You have to conduct next AGM within 6 months of next financial year end i.e. by 30 Sept 2013.
