Is there any minimum time gap between  2 Annual general meetings precribed under law???

Law only says that max. gap between 2 AGM's can be not more than 15 months.

But Law also states that atleast one AGM should be held in one callendar year.

AGM SHOULD BE HELD ON OR BEFORE 30TH SEPTEMBER OF RELEVANT YEAR.

GAP BETWEEN LAST AGM MUST BE 15 MONTHS.

Every company shall hold every year an annual general meeting and ordinarily there shall not be a gap of more than fifteen months between two such meetings
