Section 22 says 20 lakhs... Not updated to 40 lakhs. Is this gst app updated?

If you are into provision of services then it will be 20,00,000 or if you are seller of goods then it will be 40,00,000.

Ty I understand Ramaguru ji... Notification 10/2019 dated 07.03.2019. Just confirming the reliability of this app. It says 20 that's sad

For which year and for which state ??

There are special category States for GST registration.So you must mention which state you need GST registration

Threshold limit for Registration :
Exclusively supply of Goods it's 40 Lac & for Service Provider it's 20 lac .

Now come Section 22 ,3rd provsio being inserted by Finance (No.2) Act 2019, under Subsection (1) : Govt may at request of state on recommendation of Council , enhance the Aggregate Turnover from 20 lac to 40 Lac in case of supply of Goods.
The same being Effective by issuing Notification 10/2019 CT .

For Special category state limit is Rs. 10 Lakh (From 01-02-2019 apply only to 4 States only)

From 1st of April 2019 supplier supplying exclusively goods then limit is Rs. 40 Lakhs from any state except special category states but including Jammu and Kashmir (Notification No. 10/2019)
