20 December 2013There is a party to whom i sell goods against c form i hv charges 2% earlier n now they denide to give c form back due to which i hv to pay 3% more tax against that bill with panelty.. so plz explain what would b the entry of booking n what ll b entry if u get back the money from them...n what ll b effects of its on mine sales tax return

In my view they are not issued to you C form then the sale is calculate Local sale and fully taxable. How to treat in your account you should adjusted self. Further any queries in this regard intimate the same.

Actually the problem is the bill is of 2011 n now the party is denying to gv C form
