IF THEY PASSED 1GR OF PE-2 AND FAILED IN OTHER GR-2 THEN CAN CONVERT TO PCC FOR 2ND GROUP WHICH THEY GET EXEMPTION OF 1ST GROUP OF THEY ALREADY PASSED 1ST GROUP IN PE-2..ALL THE BEST
