After three months from the date of invoice can we make E invoice

we are the service provider and we are not selling any goods.
we forgot to generate e-invoices for the period of 01.04.2022 to 30.06.2022. (total 700 invoices) now can we upload these invoices into the IRP portal for e-invoices? if not possible what will be the consequences for not generating the e-invoices for that period.
