If Co A is Completely taken over by Co B. Will Co A exist after takeover?? What is the time limit to close all the Registration of Co A?? Can the Company A continue its business after take over

in takeover only ownership changes... both companies still in existence.... A is subsidiary of B now
like WhatsApp became subsidiary of Facebook

Its a case of takeover and not merger....the existence of the company taken over will exist...just the ownership changes....
