after new gst registration first time login issue

I have got new registration id and password then I try to create user after I login again but it's not happening . then I contact and summit ticket for this issue to helpdesk of gst. they issue solved after 3 days but when I check its problem same there . then I contact and reopen now 10 days after not solved what I do for which authority solve this problem . and where I complain for this regarding because due date return filling is near after due date I have to paid penalty. pls suggest
