we had take itc 17-18 in GSTR 3 same month but suppler this invoice showing our March 18 return,& March return filed in May 2019 so this ITC showing our GSTR 2 but do not showing GSTR 9(8A)
so please can i avail this ITC in GSTR 9
please any reply... ASAP

if your supplier has filed his gstr 1 after 30th April ,your itc will reflect in gstr 2A but not in gstr 9 ,and you can't claim that in gstr 9.
