Affidavit format for various purpose

sir, i need the format of Affidavit under Rule 17 (3) of Companies (Share Capital and Debenture) Rule, 2014. Kindly provide the same on urgent basis.

I am seeking for format of AFFIDAVIT BY DIRECTOR ABOUT NO RETRENCHMENT OF EMPLOYEE, as this affidavit is to be filed with ROC for the pupose of shifting of registered ofiice from Bihar to Jharkhand. 

It will great ,if you help me in this.
