AFFIDAVIT also known as SHAPATHNAMA is a self declaration which is a legal declaration on some matter.
INDEMNITY BOND is governed by contract of indemnity wherein you undertake to indemnify/ reimburse somebody in case he suffers a loss on account of any action on declarers' part.
