When an advocate is signing LLP form-2, whether he should check the "ASSOCIATE"button or "FELLOW" button. Please suggest, it's urgently required.

Associate / Fellow is applicable to CA / CS and not for us.(Advocates). You may select Associate button itself. Please note that now, MCA has changed the LLP login page in separate web link. You need to upload Form-2 in below website only (i.e) https://www.mca.gov.in/mcafoportal/login.do
and NOT to below websites. https://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/
and
https://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21
