Munish Bhandari text book would be helpful for preparing for ca final. Don't get paniced by looking to the size of book, u would find interest when u would actually start reading it. Try to understand the sections & remember important key words in each section for e.g in Sec. 295 prior approval of C.G. required, for Sec.372A Unanimous approval of board required & much more so that examiner comes to know that u know the provision. Generally practicals are asked in final level so first quote the entire proision on which problem is based & then answer the problem asked. Munish bahandari would be much helpful to you.

As pointed out by ishan ,
Munish bhandari's main book is the best book foe law.
Remember writing once is equivalent to reading thrice.write down in short about the section and its provisions once u have read it.this also comes handy while revising in the morning on the day of exam.

Doing Law from Jayaraman notes is a very good option. Sections are well explained in simple and understandable language. Past exam questions are segregated section wise, upon reading a section you could cover the exam questions. Makes the subject easy as pie. Support with PM. Notes will not nip a bung!!

Text book is must, you would gain confidence by reading the same. You would be able to easily appear the practicals asked in exam. In hanbook practicals are answered in a single line. U can refer the same for revision. But if you r facing lack of time, no alternate remedy except handbook.
