I have failed four attempts in Ca IPCC. In my first two attempts i dint understand the seriousness of CA exams

3rd Attempt - 159 (Nov 2011)

             Accounts - 36  Law - 52  Cost - 37  Tax - 34

4th Attempt

             Accounts - 48  Law - 40 Cost - 40  Tax - 41

EXPECXTED around 60's in Tax and Law but scored around 40's, which disappointed a lot, however applied for re-totalling but no hopes for increase in 31 marks

Required guidance on the following

1. LAW - I scored 52 in my 3rd attempt and in my 4th attempt i improved both in terms of presentation and preparation but was able to score only 40. i doesnt know how to handle this. please advice on this to score well in the upcoming exam.

2. SERVICE TAX and VAT - i use T.N.Manoharan. even after preparations with good number of revisions in each attempts i couldnt  score well in the exams. should i change the material ? if yes, which material can i opt for ?

3. CLASS - I have attended classes for costing and accountancy twice for the previous attempts, Should i attend again for this attempt to score better marks ?
