Manage your job and studies together, is an easy answer but only you know what is your exact position. If you are financially sound and think you can take that extra risk and clear the examination, then nothing like that, then you can resign. But, however if the dependence on you is heavy from your family, then you need to balance both attending work as well as devoting time for studies.

Since you are at a younger age , dont panic . Every fall in life is a symptom for a rise. As long as your family is with you, you may strive to acheive your goal. I dont agree with this 2 weeks leave preparation. Plan your time , daily 2 hrs of dedicated work will give you good results. Keep in mind that every employer respects only your qualification not your talent and experience.
wish you good luck

Try to attempt mock tests conducted by ICAI or any other institute. Don't just ignore with a reason
1. "I can't complete the syllabus by that time" - None of the CA finalist complete the entire syllabus even by the time of actual exam.
2. "To attempt the exam, I need to take leave and there might be a loss of pay" - It doesn't matter to loose a few bucks to set right career
There might be any other reason to skip. But wipe them out of your mind.
Mock tests will help to manage time and know the level at which you are at the subject. There would be known questions in the mock question paper but still assume that exam as a real one and attempt. If you get a chance to write at least 3 mock exams, you would get a confidence of how well you are going to attack in the real battle.
Also try to maintain a pocket notebook, note down the important points, formulas, etc., and revise at every leisure. This would help for ISCA, costing formulas, case studies in DT and IDT.
You need not resign from the job unless there is a financial support.
Hope this may give you a solution.
