Hi....I wish to start a company so I just want to have an Idea from an expertise which type of Company will cost me minimum amount of taxation from government?For ex: sole proprietorship or partnership or Corporation?

It will be sole propreitorship since first there are slab benefits,,, saving from any MCA fees and all... no requirement for company audit...
