Yes same is available. If you deals in exempted goods also then ITC available as per Rule 42

@ Renu,
If you are registered under GST and if you have GTIN then you may claim ITC on advertisement based on GSTR-2B
If you are registered under GST and if you have GTIN then you may claim ITC on advertisement based on GSTR-2B
