Advertisement expense are deferred revenue expenditure .
if you are able to reap any long term benefits from the advt exp then it needs to be deferred else it will be expensed
revnue expenditure as per AS 26 revised
Benefits of advertising expense is not exhausted to business within one year and therefore it is deferred revenue. expenditure .
