27 June 2010if any body can suggest/advice to this matter. We have deposited Rs.12.5 lacs of Advance Tax during the fin year 2007-08, but however as per incometax department database the deposition only showing Rs.10.5 lacs and the counterfoil of the Challans gone missing. Kindly suggest what to do in this matter.Plz. urgent

You can get Certifcate from Bank for the same.

contact the bank where you have paid the tax & do the needful
