if the assessee tax payable is Rs.10,000/- or more, then advance tax is payabloe as follows:
Corporate Assessee Non-corporate assessee
on or before 15th june upto 15% of advance tax payable ---------------
on or before 15th sept upto 45% 30%
on or before 15th dec upto 75% 60%
on or before 15th march upto 100% 100%
