Mr.A who is resident senior citizen and having loss from Speculation business.And such loss can be carried forward for next 4 years.He doesn't have any other income.
Please suggest is advance tax applicable for Mr.X?
If no budgeted income tax liability then advance tax not required. Advance tax is required only when budgeted inccome tax poayable for the year is above 10,000
