sir
we are going to supply from Hyderabad to Maharashtra with tax invoice along with Telangana way bill

please clarify, can we get advance e-way bill from Maharashtra (buyer) before dispatch the goods

E-way bill is required at the time of movement of goods. You need not obtain advance e-way bill. Further, only one e-way bill has to be generated for a transaction. Either the buyer in Mumbai can generate or the seller in Hyderabad can generate.

As of now, e waybill service was not started by GSTN. where as some states of India has issued a noticification for the generation of e way bills through the state web portal. e way bills issued in this form or valid upto the state border limits only. a recipient should also issue and advanced e waybill regarding the receipt of material in case where does recipient state government issued have issued such notification in their states

please clarify that whether buyer is required to issue advance e-way bill as a recipient as per Maharashtra state government compliance

In GST advance way bill concept is there that means buyer and seller needs to be generated e-way bill for movement of goods
