YOU NEED NOT PAY ADVANCE TAX IF THERE IS DEDUCTION OF TAX ON UR INCOME. YOU HAVE TO ASSESS YOUR INCOME FOR THE YEAR IN ADVANCE FOR THE YEAR ON BASIS AS LAID DOWN U/S. 143
FOR PAYMENT OF ADVANCE TAX PLS REFER SECTION 234-B & 234-C

1) For Individual 15th sept, 15th dec. 15th march
For Company 15th june15th sept, 15th dec. 15th march
2) Rate applicable on in that financial year.
3) Estimated income for the year.
4) No.
