ADT 1 filed wrongly, it means wrong file attached and filed.
Please suggest me how to correct and which form i need to be file.

Dear Sir,
Raise a ticket of your query on MCA and they will provide yoi the solution for your problem,
like you need to resubmit or file fresh form etc
