to file ADT 1 mandatory for every year for private company

ADT 1 is for appointment of an auditor. It needs to be filed within 15 days from the date of appoinment of such auditor.
The SRN is valid for 5 consecutive years from the date of such appointment unless there is a rotation or casual vacancy or removal of such auditor.
