Admit Card - Help!

I have yesterday just opened admit card that time my photo was missing but signature was there... today I went to near by internet cafe to print admit card but my both photo and sign is not loading seems like a technical issue... please let me know is there any number of limit to download admit card??? I have already viewed twice
