same error here. I tried in mozilla and IE but it is not working. I tried connecting to ICAI website. But it is also not working.

I have contacted ICAI Helpline where they told it can be downloaded after 12.00 pm and would reach via post in 3-4 days.

I had talked on Helpline.. they are saying that site is down because of some technical problem and shall be available only after 3-4 hours.
You can check it around 3 pm...
Till then, don't waste precious time and start studying dear.
