Admission as fca requirements

Hi All,

I am a Female  ACA qualified in 2005 November Exam. Admitted as ACA in May 2006.

my total real work experience is 4years 10 months, including as an SAP FICO Consultant for 2 years 4months

i have seen form-3(Admission as FCA). It says:

An associate member will be admitted as a fellow member if he satisfies the following conditions:
(a) Continuous practice within India for a period of not less than 5 years
Or
(b) He has been an associate member for a continuous period of not less than 5 years and has
been in government service or is ordinarily holding or has held for a continuous period of not
less than 5 years any one or more posts carrying duties relating to accounts, cost accounts,
audit, finance, taxation, company law and /or secretarial work in :
(i) an educational institution approved by the Council; or
(ii) a private or government, industrial, commercial or trading undertaking having a minimum
paid-up capital of Rs. 25 lakhs or a minimum turnover of Rs.50 lakhs or a minimum paid-up
capital of Rs. 10 lakhs and a minimum turnover of Rs.30 lakhs or a minimum total assets of
Rs.50 lakhs;

I worked as Paid CA for 12 months with a CA firm.from (April2006-April-2007) there after was idle for 2months

Again joined in an MNC and worked for 1 year 7 months in finance team(July2007-Jan2009) There after was idle for another 2months

Again joined as SAP FI/CO Consultant with a Consultant and worked for an MNC for 2 years 4months(April2009-11th July2011)

Now i started practice from Aug10th 2011. I am sending the Form 6 for applying for COP tomorrow

My questions are:

1. Can i apply for Admission as FCA?

2. Will my experience as SAP FICO Consultant get covered as experience for the purpose of counting 5 years?

3. Form 3 is asking for Appointment Letters and Relieving Letters from all previous employers which are ready with me. But it is also asking for Balancesheets and turnover proofs of the previous employers. Are these details realy needed to be submitted?

4. What other details will be asked by the institute apart from the above after applying for FCA admission.
