Admid card issue,provisional admission

Hii all,

             I logged in to check my admit card. It said I have been provisionally admitted and that I should contact my decentralized office immedieatly. Is their a need?? or is it a common message for everyone appearing for first time. My articleship is till due. 

            Can someone please suggest if some steps have to be considered for the following.
