Yes. Adjustment is permitted up to Rs.2 L

But 2 lac for which provider.... whether for any provider or providers having centralised registration???
Also in case of delayed return... how much penalty is to be paid??

Any provider. Penalty for belated return based on no. of days delay. Mxm penalty Rs.20,000/-
