adjustment of loan from sister concern and another ledger as creditors of same concern

Dear sir,
There are 2 ledger in a pvt Ltd Co.
1) loan from sister concern: showing receivable from sister concern
2) creditor a/c of same concern : showing payable to sister concern
Can I adjust receivable and payable with each other.
